We begin by interviewing our clients to find out what are established resources and competencies, and to stimulate the solution-finding process. Our role is to accompany the client on their path to greater self-organization, encouraging the impulses to take responsibility independent from outside systems.
Change is a natural phenomenon, even when it is sudden and happens fast. And change-processes need their own settling period. Here we need to design intelligent and effective interventions. Even while working on one level of hierarchy we see the entire systemic organism. We think carefully about the whole system, along with the needs of the people who are part of it.
We understand our work as a process in which client, consultants, coaches and trainers are engaged. We discuss our work within the collegial team, respecting the clients' diversity, complexity and individuality.
